Client Service & Product Support Specialist – Tax

In this role, you will provide consistent, high-quality tax service to ADP clients. You will handle tax deposits, filings, issue resolution, and general client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. It requires working in a metrics‑driven environment with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Be the Tax Expert. Assist clients with tax deposits and filing. Manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. Use expertise to help clients solve problems, provide solutions, and offer guidance.
• Build Relationships. Use phone, email, or chat to exceed client expectations and maintain high ethical standards.
• Leverage ADP product & services knowledge to provide solutions and recommendations to leadership.
• Demonstrate Client Focus. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and tax issues in a timely, professional manner.

To succeed in this role

• At least two years of client service and/or call center experience OR a minimum of four years of insurance/financial institution experience.
• Clear communication style over phone and in writing; ability to summarize problems and explain solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) plus analytical and time‑management skills.

A college degree is great but not required. Military experience is also acceptable.
