Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Risk & Safety Coordinator to develop and maintain safety collateral and incident communication for our stores and partners. You will support General Liability and Store Safety Operations, ensuring timely, clear messaging across platforms.

Necessary qualifications include 1+ year of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree. The role is onsite with occasional remote work, offering hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain safety collateral and communications for stores and partners.
• Develop and format communications to stores and external partners for clarity and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on action by evaluating audience, timing, and business needs.
• Research and implement improvements to communication tools and processes.
• Review content for accuracy, timeliness, and audience appropriateness.
• Participate in status meetings and update project plans and communications.
• Audit communication tools for consistency and accuracy; gather feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal partners to evaluate operational improvements and efficiency.
• Monitor non-claim incident volume and identify those that should be converted to claims.
• Suggest portal input/output updates to improve reporting accuracy.
• Travel less than 5%.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
