Job summary

Rent the Runway is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join the Dream Fulfillment Center team, supporting the Safety Program with audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments to maintain a safe workplace. You will train associates, document safety data, and collaborate with security.

The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor’s in safety, at least 1 year of related experience, and bilingual Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Ergonomics or a related field.
• 1+ year of growing responsibilities in safety and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, security or service operations.
• Bilingual in Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and inform management of safety risks, improvement opportunities, and compliance issues through audits.
• Facilitate incident investigations and lead safety investigations related to equipment and workers.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses and recommend risk mitigation measures to management.
• Maintain RTR safety program documentation and OSHA 300/300a logs in a timely manner.
• Train and coach operations staff on RTR safety responsibilities and practices.
• Perform monthly facility inspections and support security coordination as needed.
