Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with Corporate Services/Community Markets risk and control activities is helpful.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in risk identification, mitigation, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk initiatives led by the role or team and document key business processes.
• Participate in planning, execution and reporting of risk-based testing; perform control testing in line with First Line of Defense guidelines.
• Review testing results and communicate findings to management; may perform scripted testing and handle system duties in Archer.
• Monitor KRIs and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk controls.
• Complete Risk Control Self Assessments and other risk reporting; assist in escalation of risk events and losses.
• Identify emerging risks from new products/services/markets and ensure appropriate control structures.”
• Develop remediation plans and ensure timely completion; validate plan quality.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory standards; support internal/external requests related to processes.
