Qualifications

• Or combined minimum of 11 years higher education and/or work experience.
• Banking/financial services risk management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and reporting of the first line of defense risk management function.
• Ensure identification and assessment of risks in key processes.
• Drive development, execution and reporting of risk-based testing program.
• Oversee reporting to risk committees and management.
• Manage remediation plans and risk events reporting.
• Coach and mentor staff in risk and control functions.
• Ensure policy maintenance and adherence to regulatory standards.
