Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Seattle is hiring a Risk Manager to organize and lead risk management, loss control and safety across branch operations, camps and community programs. You will interpret risk trends, drive prevention efforts, and collaborate with executives, staff and partners to maintain compliance and readiness for incidents or crises.

• Three+ years of safety or risk management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Experience in program development, promotion and assessments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for adult audiences.

• Manage incident investigations, claims, and safety programs.
• Audit facilities, train staff, and drive change management.
