The Risk Managment Associate provides support to the Director of Risk Management, handling administrative tasks and assisting with various risk-related activities. This role manages paperwork, maintains records, coordinates communication, and supports the implementation of risk management strategies.
The ideal candidate will promote the value of trust throughout the organization, consistently keep commitments, and employ exceptional follow-through. This candidate must demonstrate personal integrity and earn the trust of fellow associates by communicating openly.
This position requires discretion, adaptability and discernment to establish priorities and solve problems when given a new task. Must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal), demonstrate flexibility and adaptation to changing demands, and collaborate effectively with leadership.
