Job summary

PetSafe Brands, headquartered in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support business license administration, regulatory reporting, and contract intake and docketing. This role involves assisting with insurance claims processing and other risk management duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business or Risk Management and 2–4 years in related fields, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field (Associate's degree with additional experience may be considered).
• 2–4 years in business, contract management, risk management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business license applications, renewals, and compliance tracking.
• Prepare and submit required annual regulatory/compliance reports.
• Manage contract intake, filing, and docketing within the corporate contract management system.
• Review the contract docket and agreements to respond to internal and external questions.
• Prepare related communications as needed.
• Provide backup support for routine insurance claims processing.
• Support the Risk Management team in other risk management activities as assigned.
