Job summary

PetSafe Brands is seeking a Risk & Contracts Coordinator to support the organization’s risk management program from its Knoxville, TN office. You will handle business license administration, regulatory reporting, and contract docketing, with backup for routine insurance claims and related activities.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–4 years in risk/contract work, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or related field; Associate's degree with experience considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in business, contract management, risk management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business license applications, renewals, and compliance tracking.
• Prepare and submit required annual regulatory/compliance reports.
• Manage contract intake, filing, and docketing within the corporate contract management system.
• Review the contract docket and agreements to respond to internal and external questions.
• Prepare related communications as needed.
• Provide backup support for routine insurance claims processing and related tracking.
