Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• Minimum of three years' work experience in loss exposures, risk management processes, regulations and safety/health standards preferred.
• ARM designation or CSP designation preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills are essential.
• Must maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Seek and maintain an advanced understanding of risk management exposures and safety controls.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for Federated personnel and policyholders; analyze loss information and advise on risk issues.
• Create and maintain risk management materials and programs for policyholders and Federated personnel.
• Design tools and procedures to support Field Services and develop training for Risk Consultants and Regional Risk Managers.
• Provide consulting on regulations and industry issues to policyholders and prospects.
• Assist with quality audits for Risk Consultants and survey vendors.
