Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Senior Consultant in Risk Management for P&C Fleet to support agribusiness and commercial lines across the Midwest to the Southern U.S. The role conducts client assessments, identifies fleet exposures, and delivers risk management guidance to internal and external clients.

The position requires extensive regulatory knowledge, fleet safety program experience, and the ability to present technical content across teams. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's studies or post-graduate studies in a related field preferred.
• License/Certification/Designation: Relevant professional designations related to the position are expected.

Responsibilities

• Leads research to develop/implement risk management initiatives for technical area of responsibilities within RMS.
• Anticipates, recognizes, and addresses the impact that risk management projects and initiatives have on other business partners (Commercial and Farm Underwriting, Sales, Claims, etc.).
• Provides risk management perspective and technical expertise to project teams, regional teams and other teams.
• Develops, maintains, and utilizes key business relationships with business partners, professional organizations, and industry groups to strengthen the overall quality, accuracy and impact of Risk Management Services.
