Job summary

Public Storage is recruiting a Claims Analyst to support the Risk Management department in administering Workers' Compensation and General Liability claims programs. You will act as a bridge between internal teams, field operations, insurance carriers, TPAs, brokers, and legal counsel to ensure timely reporting, investigation, and resolution of claims throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 years of claims or risk management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and General Liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Workers' Compensation and General Liability claims throughout the claim lifecycle and coordinate timely handling with carriers and TPAs.
• Review claims and related documentation for accuracy, completeness, eligibility, and irregularities; follow up as needed to obtain required information.
• Coordinate reporting, documentation, investigation, and tracking of workplace injuries, incidents, and liability claims.
• Maintain accurate claim records, loss data, and reporting within RMIS and other applicable systems.
• Serve as a liaison among Risk Management, field operations, carriers, TPAs, brokers, and legal counsel to support claim resolution.
