Job summary

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to oversee insurance claims, loss control, and safety initiatives. You will investigate incidents, analyze claims data and loss trends, and coordinate with carriers and third-party partners to reduce losses across the organization.

Responsibilities include claims management, loss control and safety programs, and driving compliance with insurance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, safety, business or a related field.
• 3 years of experience managing general liability, auto liability, and workers’ compensation claims.
• Experience in healthcare, governmental, or nonprofit environments preferred.
