Responsibilities

• Partner with Reporting and Governance Manager and Risk Executives across the enterprise to analyze key risks per governance framework and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing committee materials and provide value-added feedback for executive/board audiences.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for logistics and committee meeting preparation.
• Provide risk analysis and reporting to committees to ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Contribute to establishing risk management procedures and standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate updates and attestations to ensure governance requirements are met.
