• Own and drive complex analyses of business processes, data flows, and operational controls to identify data integrity concerns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and drive sustainable improvements.
• Leverage data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative methodologies to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver insights, reporting, and visualizations that communicate process performance, business risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to teammates in support of governance, issue remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
