Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above inFinance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Requires ability to analyze data flows, processes, and controls to identify risks and improve data quality.
• Experience leveraging data analytics, reporting, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, data flows, and operational data to identify data integrity and quality concerns, trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities to improve the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of critical business processes and outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions to support process evaluations, issue resolution, and improvement initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics, reporting, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative techniques to identify trends, communicate insights, and improve business outcomes.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate performance metrics, risks, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Support governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, enhance process resiliency, and increase operational effectiveness.
