The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and 2 years of related clinical or risk management experience, with proven ability to drive risk-reduction

• Experience coordinating education initiatives for staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management activities including education, risk reduction and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with facility leadership and committees to address complaints and opportunities to improve patient satisfaction.
