Qualifications

• RN is required.
• CPPS must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3+ years healthcare experience in patient safety, risk, and/or quality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the facilities Risk Management Program.
• Advise Senior Leadership and the Board on potential sources of loss.
• Develop strategies to prevent loss and implement loss-prevention approaches.
