Orlando Health is seeking a strategic leader to oversee the organization’s risk management prevention program. You will direct multiple Risk Manager teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and patient safety goals.

The role drives policy development, data analytics, and interdepartmental collaboration to minimize losses and improve care quality. A BP or master's level is preferred, with applicable certifications.

• Education in healthcare risk management and leadership.
• Experience with risk management programs and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication and team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Directs strategic leadership, development and oversight of the risk management program.
• Leads a multi-level team of Risk Managers across areas.
• Ensures compliance with Florida risk statutes and Joint Commission standards.
• Coordinates with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies on patient safety matters.
• Oversees data analysis, reporting, and analytics for risk metrics.
• Develops and maintains risk education and training programs.
• Manages personnel functions including recruitment, performance, and succession.
