Santa Energy Corporation is seeking a Risk & Compliance Coordinator to design, implement, and continuously improve the administrative systems supporting safety, insurance, regulatory compliance, and risk management programs. The role ensures information is audit-ready and supports operational decision-making.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design tracking systems.
• Document SOPs and workflows.
• Continuously improve processes.
• Prepare compliance reports.
• Maintain COI records for insurance coverage and expirations.
• Implement and maintain subcontractor agreements.
• Support captive insurance audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend updates.
• Maintain insurance documentation.
• Coordinate training documentation.
• Maintain safety training matrix.
• Track quarterly insurer-required training.
• Manage outgoing COI requests for customers.
• Monitor license expirations and notify relevant departments.
