Qualifications

• 2+ years in risk management, insurance, or compliance, or a bachelor's degree in occupational safety, risk management, business, or a similar field
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort across Microsoft Office
• A sharp eye for detail and the discipline to double-check your work
• Confident, professional communication with internal teams, insurers, and regulators
• Self-direction: you can juggle a heavy workload and set your own priorities
• Integrity and a team-first attitude
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Maintain insurance, fleet, and safety records and ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Oversee registrations/renewals for company vehicles and equipment; manage DMV EPN program
• Support incident investigations and OSHA log preparation; assist with workers' compensation reviews and audits
• Prepare documentation for litigation, hearings, and insurer inquiries; contribute to monthly safety leadership meetings
• Keep risk department records organized and up-to-date; take on department projects as they arise
