Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner management or channel partnerships.
• Experience in risk, compliance, financial crime, or regulatory tech is preferred.
• Proven ability to grow partner-led revenue and manage external relationships.
• Strong commercial judgment and capability to shape business cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of Risk & Compliance partners, including relationship health and growth plans.
• Develop and execute partner business plans to expand revenue and market reach.
• Identify strategic channel opportunities aligned with product and customer growth.
• Lead partner business reviews and track performance against goals.
• Coordinate go-to-market initiatives with internal teams and partner orgs.
• Support Sales with new opportunities, renewals, and complex partner-led deals.
• Evaluate prospective partners and assist onboarding with legal and tech teams.
• Govern partnership frameworks, reporting expectations, and engagement rules.
• Develop knowledge of each partner's business model, segments, and competitive position.
• Surface partner insights to inform product roadmap and packaging.
• Maintain partner records and reporting across systems; resolve issues cross-functionally.
