Dow Jones Risk & Compliance is seeking a Due Diligence Relationship Manager for the Americas to retain and grow the due diligence report business. You will partner with sales, product, and marketing to expand client base and drive revenue in a fast-growing risk portfolio.

Role focuses on bridging sales with research, managing complex reports, and accelerating opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and strategic account plans.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and editing investigative due diligence reports.
• Deep understanding of investigative research and third party risk management.
• Proactive, driven with ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English.
• Degree-level education preferred.
• Experience in consultative sales of information or compliance tools is a plus.
• Background in technology, data science, or investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between sales and research teams to define scope and delivery of due diligence reports.
• Exceed revenue targets by onboarding new clients and cross-selling existing ones.
• Forecast sales revenue with rigorous pipeline development.
• Support Dow Jones sales teams across the region to accelerate opportunities.
• Maintain SWOT analyses and report key developments to management.
• Collaborate with marketing to align events and campaigns with objectives.
• Maintain relationships with external advisors and law firms.
• Keep CRM records up to date for timely management reporting.
• Educate sales on territory and strategic account planning to grow presence.
• Achieve designated KPIs.
