Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in risk management or compliance.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience managing insurance programs and reviewing contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google tools, PDF editing, and basic web editing.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management program across the College, including insurance procurement and claims.
• Develop and implement enterprise risk management strategies and training.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
