Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Four years of legal practice with emphasis on labor and employment matters.
• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for in-house counsel.
• Strong client-service skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advise on all aspects of employment and labor relations under federal, state, and local laws.
• Represent the College in administrative proceedings and oversee disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and transactions.
• Develop policies, governance documents, and guidance materials.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to align risk management with institutional initiatives.
