Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a MSCC - Risk and Compliance Analyst to oversee compliance within the Member Service Contact Center and lead risk mitigation efforts in a regulated environment.

The role requires building partnerships across teams, evaluating regulatory changes, and delivering training to staff. This exempt, full-time position reports to the Director - MSCC Support and is based in Sacramento.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3+ years compliance, risk management, or audit roles, preferably within a credit union or financial institution.
• Experience in a contact center environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain contact center compliance programs and monitor regulatory changes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks; create action plans and update risk logs.
• Design and deliver training; act as liaison between compliance, legal, and contact center teams.
• Prepare risk and compliance reports for leadership and regulators as needed.
