Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union, based in California, is seeking an MSCC - Risk and Compliance Analyst to support the Member Service Contact Center. The role ensures regulatory compliance, enhances controls, and partners with leadership to implement risk-mitigation strategies.

You will monitor changes (NCUA, CFPB, BSA/AML, TCPA), conduct audits, develop training, and report to the Director - MSCC Support. Exempt status and a pay range of $77,500-$85,000 reflect the professional level and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field is required.
• 3+ years in compliance, risk management, or audit roles.
• Experience in a contact center environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs for contact center operations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks; maintain risk logs.
• Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to leadership and regulators as needed.
• Evaluate and improve contact center processes to reduce risk and improve compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
