Job summary

Keller Management Services, LLC is seeking a proactive Risk Claims Coordinator to join our corporate office in Hanover, MD. This role supports risk management and claims functions within a dynamic and fast-paced legal team.

You will handle insurable claims, insurance billing, and certificates of insurance, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication while coordinating with internal partners and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Claims Administration
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage insurable claims and assist with related litigation matters
• Oversee insurance billing and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims
• Assist with the issuance and tracking of certificates of insurance as needed

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Claims Coordinator to join our legal team at our corporate office in Hanover, MD. This role is an excellent opportunity for an organized and driven professional to support risk management and claims functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role you will be responsible for handling insurable claims and litigation, insurance billing, and certificates of insurance for our legal department.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurable claims and assist with related litigation matters

Additional Information

Salary Range: $70-100K

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
