Job summary

Keller Management Services, LLC is seeking a proactive Risk Claims Coordinator to join our legal team at our corporate office in Hanover, MD. The role focuses on handling insurable claims, insurance billing, and certificates of insurance within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial claims administration, strong MS Office skills, and excellent organizational abilities. Bachelor’s degree preferred; construction/engineering exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Claims Administration.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurable claims and assist with related litigation matters.
• Oversee insurance billing and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims.
• Assist with the issuance and tracking of certificates of insurance as needed.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Claims Coordinator to join our legal team at our corporate office in Hanover, MD. This role is an excellent opportunity for an organized and driven professional to support risk management and claims functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role you will be responsible for handling insurable claims and litigation, insurance billing, and certificates of insurance for our legal department.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage insurable claims and assist with related litigation matters
• Oversee insurance billing and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims
• Assist with the issuance and tracking of certificates of insurance as needed

Additional Information

Salary Range: $70-100K

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
