Job summary

Marsh’s Early Career Program in Atlanta and Boston seeks an Associate Broker to develop insurance knowledge and client relationships. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and Brokers, evaluate quotes, negotiate terms, and prepare renewal strategies across US and Canada.

The program offers onboarding, mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders, with a two-year development track and hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduation date Fall 2026 to Spring 2027.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Liberal Arts, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, or related major.
• Organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Brokers to create strategies and renewal plans.
• Evaluate insurance quotes and compare coverage offerings for clients.
• Negotiate terms and coverages with underwriters.
• Create and expand benchmarking reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and global insurance markets.
• Prepare presentations for client meetings and renewals.
• Develop and present renewal strategy documents.
• Work with senior colleagues on high-level projects.
