Marsh's Early Career Program is a two-year Associate Broker track designed for recent graduates. The roles are based in Atlanta and Boston with a hybrid work pattern requiring in-office days. You will gain top industry training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders while supporting Marsh brokerage operations across the U.S.

and Canada. The program emphasizes risk assessment, client relationships, and effective negotiation with underwriters to secure competitive quotes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be graduating Fall 2026 to Spring 2027.
• Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and communicate effectively across audiences.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Brokers to create strategies and marketing plans for renewing current business and attracting new opportunities.
• Evaluate insurance quotes and compare coverage offerings for clients.
• Negotiate terms with underwriters and prepare renewal strategy documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and global markets.
• Prepare client/prospect presentations and renewal materials.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on high-level projects.
