Job summary

Marsh invites recent graduates to join its Early Career Program as an Associate Broker. The role is based in our brokerage operations across the US (Chicago, Dallas, Houston) with a July 2027 start and a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days in the office each week.

You will gain top industry training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders while developing client relationships and negotiation skills in a dynamic risk management environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Liberal Arts, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance or related major.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and communicating across audiences.
• US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card) without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Brokers to create strategies and plans for renewing and winning new opportunities.
• Evaluate insurance quotes and compare coverage offerings for clients.
• Negotiate terms and coverages with underwriters.
• Create and expand benchmarking reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and global markets.
• Prepare presentations for client meetings and renewals.
• Develop renewal strategy documents and present them.
• Work closely with senior colleagues on high-level projects.
