Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, risk management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, business analysis, internal audit, compliance, or related area.
• Knowledge of risk management practices including identification, assessment, controls, mitigation, monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk and business data to identify trends, emerging risks and control gaps.
• Coordinate ERM reporting cycles and develop leadership materials and dashboards.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze processes to identify key risks and improvement opportunities.
• Perform root cause analyses and develop fact-based findings and recommendations to strengthen controls.
• Monitor KRIs and risk metrics, and support remediation activities and governance reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders across units to strengthen risk identification, assessment and reporting.
