Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst for Risk Management within the ORCA program. The role contributes to strengthening the company's risk framework by developing testing methodologies, performing control testing, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

You will collaborate across teams to identify gaps, support investigations, and help design improved controls. A regulated-industry background and strong analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, or related.
• 3-5 years in enterprise risk management, operational risk, control testing, compliance, internal audit, or control assurance.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, fintech, or compliance-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate control effectiveness.
• Ability to communicate risk and control findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute activities within the ORCA Program, supporting TransUnion's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Develop and maintain control testing methodologies, scripts, and protocols for key operational controls.
• Perform control testing activities and review evidence to assess design and operating effectiveness.
• Identify control gaps and partner with stakeholders to strengthen risk mitigation.
• Support investigations following incidents and assist in designing enhanced controls.
