Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Risk Analyst I to support the build-out and execution of the company’s risk management program. The analyst will work under supervision on projects that document key risks, controls, risk frameworks, and metrics, and will collaborate with subject matter experts to map workflows and identify data patterns.

The role reports to the VP of Enterprise Risk and requires strong analytical skills, communication, and the ability to document processes accurately while identifying risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field required. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Certifications: SQL, Power BI, or other similar certifications in the area of analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn business processes of units under review and provide guidance on identified risks and design of controls within the Three Lines of Defense risk framework.
• Produce process flow maps showing key decision points, ownership, risks and controls.
• Meet with business managers, ask questions, listen, and analyze discussions to produce insights and documentation; assess risk management framework throughout the company.
