Job summary

TransUnion LLC seeks a Sr Analyst, Risk Management to join the ORCA team. You will support enterprise risk management, perform control testing, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen risk controls.

This hybrid role requires 3-5 years of experience in risk management, plus strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Compliance or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, control testing, compliance, internal audit, or control assurance activities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks, operational risk concepts, and internal control principles.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, insurance, fintech, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute ORCA Program activities supporting TransUnion's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Develop and maintain control testing methodologies, scripts, and protocols for key operational controls.
• Perform control testing activities and review supporting evidence for design and effectiveness.
• Identify control gaps and partner with stakeholders to strengthen risk mitigation.
• Support investigations following incidents and assist in designing enhanced controls.
• Analyze risk, control, and testing results and present findings to stakeholders.
