Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Risk Advisory Services Principal to lead and drive growth in a premier national practice. You will provide strategic direction, oversee client engagement success, and mentor teams while aligning services with client risk management objectives.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in risk advisory, internal/external audit, and a proven track record in new business development, with the ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program.
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent designation(s) required.
• Twelve (12)+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal/external audit, and related areas.
• Seven (7)+ years of supervisory experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction with a focus on exceptional client service.
• Translate firm vision into actionable objectives and monitor progress.
• Lead proposals and new business development for risk advisory services.
• Oversee profitability, utilization, and fee collection for the practice.
• Collaborate with client executives to identify and manage business and technology risks.
