You will lead engagements, develop business, coach colleagues, and deliver strategic advice to clients while expanding the practice nationally. Travel as needed and a commitment to quality and client service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, AIS, or related field.
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent designation required.
• 12+ years in risk advisory, internal/external audit, or related areas.
• Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Technology sector experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for risk advisory services.
• Develop sales and marketing plans and pursue new client opportunities.
• Oversee profitability and resource utilization within the practice.
• Lead client interactions to assess and manage business risks.
• Deliver executive summaries and final reports.
• Mentor and develop associates; build a high-performing team.
