Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a senior Risk Advisory Services Principal to lead our national practice. You will drive client service excellence, strategic growth, and risk management engagements across industries.

Responsibilities include developing business plans, mentoring teams, overseeing profitability, and delivering high-quality executive reports while expanding the client base and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent designation(s) required.
• Twelve (12)+ year(s) experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls, with internal audit experience in the technology, real estate, life sciences, financial services or healthcare preferred.
• Seven (7)+ year(s) of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction for the risk advisory practice.
• Develop and pursue new risk advisory opportunities and client base growth.
• Oversee profitability and resource utilization across the practice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality work.
