Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years progressive admin, corporate administration, or property/ casualty insurance experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/corporate databases.
• Strong organizational skills for managing complex, parallel projects.
• Compliance mindset with information security awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee liability and property insurance administration for coverage and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with insurance broker to analyze options, negotiate terms, and secure policies.
• Aggregate exposure data from HR and other departments to support underwriting.
• Manage policy renewals, premium payments, and track claims or expenditures.
• Maintain secure records in line with corporate compliance and information security standards.
• Manage departmental documentation per information security policy.
