Job summary

MacroSource, Savannah, GA, seeks an Insurance Manager to oversee the company’s global insurance program, including strategy, risk transfer, and claims management. You will advise Finance, Legal, Operations, Treasury, and C-level leadership on insurance matters.

Responsibilities include renewals, coverage reviews, and negotiations with brokers and carriers, while coordinating with Legal and HR to ensure compliance and effective risk transfer across multinational operations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business, Insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years of corporate insurance, risk management, treasury, finance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s corporate insurance portfolio (property, casualty, GL, auto, workers’ comp, cyber, D&O, E&O, environmental, marine, trade, credit, crime, umbrella).
• Develop and maintain the company’s overall insurance strategy with Finance, Legal, Treasury and senior management.
• Review coverage limits, deductibles and terms to protect assets and operations.
• Coordinate annual renewals including underwriting submissions and financial data.
• Negotiate with brokers and carriers on pricing, coverage, and terms.
• Review contractual insurance requirements and assist Legal with compliance.
• Oversee the insurance claims process from notification to resolution.
• Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders on claims management.
• Support special projects as assigned.
