Job summary

GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC in Savannah, GA is seeking a Business & Process Development Assistant Manager to join the OCC team. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm with a one-hour lunch. You will analyze and optimize business processes, manage invoices, and coordinate with departments to support revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently using and integrating standard tools and approaches within daily operation.
• Working on front-to-back initiatives to make end-to-end processes more effective.
• Creating and presenting process improvement reports.
• Analyzing current process standards and metrics to provide improvement solutions.
• Overseeing the implementation of new operation processes.
• Updating process and procedure policies.
• Developing process improvement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage data and create KPIs and report to upper management.
• Manage internal business profits and seek opportunities for expansion.
• Support W&D (TPL) department on managing profits and monthly closing.
• Identifying areas that need improvement.
• Recommending training activities related to daily operation.
• Developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
