Job summary

Glovis EV Logistics America is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support HR policies, procedures, and programs. This onsite role in Ellabell, GA, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, salary $59,000–$62,000, non-exempt with overtime at 1.5x.

The role reports to the HR Manager and covers recruiting, onboarding, HR reports, payroll assistance, and benefits enrollment; opportunity for growth; requires strong interpersonal and compliance skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Human Resources setting.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of assigned departments/job requisitions.
• Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
• Assists with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
• Manages HR Projects & various miscellaneous administrative activities.
• Assists with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
