Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome OR completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program.
• High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and store activities to meet company deliverables.
• Supports Store Manager with daily store operations and scheduling.
• Leads recruitment, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Monitors and improves customer service metrics and loyalty.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to drive store improvements.
• Supports Pharmacy operations during busy periods as needed.
