Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completed Walgreens internship program, or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area or relocate for promotion.
• Experience across both front-end and pharmacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Supports Store Manager and coordinates store activities to meet company deliverables.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and discipline team members to ensure engagement and performance.
• Manage scheduling, shifts, time records, and coverage.
• Ensure store and pharmacy inventory accuracy and pricing; train staff on SOPs.
• Promote safety, compliance with laws, and customer service excellence.
