Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or Walgreens Community Internship Program
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including professional ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work flexible schedule
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date
• Willingness to relocate to a different store location for promotion

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and advises on Pharmacy and Retail Store operations
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and ensures merchandising, asset protection, and profitability
• Leads and manages store team members including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline
• Manages store operations, scheduling, and store cash controls; collaborates with external partners and drives community outreach
• Uses data and KPIs to identify sales opportunities and drive store performance
• Provides Pharmacy support during busy periods as needed
