Qualifications

• Supports Store Manager to achieve deliverables and oversees scheduling and coverage.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for store team.
• Monitors and improves customer service metrics across front end and pharmacy.
• Analyzes financial data and uses KPIs to drive store performance.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and safety requirements.
