Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Two years supervisory experience or completion of Store Manager training LEAP program.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to relocate for promotion if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store front-end operations and pharmacy/retail performance.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, and discipline of team members; ensures engagement and accountability.
• Manages scheduling, time records, and shift coverage to ensure proper staffing.
