Job summary

Walgreens in Minnesota is seeking a Store Manager-level professional to supervise customer service associates and the front-end. You will support the Store Manager in all store activities, including scheduling, merchandising, and ensuring profitability.

You will lead a team, recruit and coach staff, manage performance, and drive improvements in customer experience and store operations across pharmacy and retail areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record or Walgreens equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking (except PR).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to maintain store performance.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and operational excellence.
• Leads recruiting, hiring, performance management and discipline for direct reports.
• Monitors customer experience, coaches staff, and improves service metrics.
• Oversees store cash handling, inventory, pricing changes, and SOP compliance.
• Ensures safety, security, and adherence to policies; drives store profitability.
