Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Manager to supervise the front end, oversee pharmacy and retail store operations, and support the Store Manager in achieving company goals.

The role involves recruiting, coaching, and disciplining team members to maintain high standards of service and profitability. You will collaborate with external partners, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies while driving customer satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome OR Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED and two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including professional business ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters to manage front end and store operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and assists with scheduling and coverage.
• Leads and manages team performance, recruitment, hiring, and discipline for direct reports.
• Ensures store assets protection, merchandising, and accuracy of cash and inventory.
• Drives customer experience through coaching, training, and resolving escalated issues.
